We do not accept returns for:
- Products purchased under discounts, clearance, or final sale
- Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable
- Damaged or altered products after delivery
- Size or Style Exchange: You can request an exchange for a different size or a different product (same or higher price).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund.
- Email us at [support@shopingrained.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention:
- Your Order ID
- Product(s) you want to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.
First return is free (within India).
For additional returns on the same order, a small shipping charge may apply.
If you’re sending the product yourself, please use a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
